The project of a "green arbour" across Bernardgasse, suggested by onetree Immobilien, was selected and approved as a "Viennese Climate Sky" under the "Lighthouses for Resilient Cities 2040" funding programme in the context of Smart Cities
Meanwhile, the boiler room is ready for the heat pump

Things are progressing. Faster than planned. The roof is already gone and the new tenants have been announced on the building sign.
Bernardgasse becomes part of the Cool Zone 7th district
A report on the results was published as part of the citizen participation process. Bernardgasse will be converted into a green encounter zone as part of the "Cool Zone 7th District" in 2023. This is exactly in line with the "onetree philosophy" and is an unexpected stroke of luck for our project ZERO CO2 NOW. ZERO CO2 NOW: Start of construction
The time has come, all permits have been obtained and construction work has begun. In accordance with our "onetree philosophy", the Biedermeier House will be converted into a completely CO2-free, green and sustainable property by the end of the year. Three additional flats will be created. If all goes well, we will be finished with the construction at the end of the year and will be able to rent out.
